Tunworth 250g is a traditional Camembert-style handmade cheese using pasteurized cow's milk and animal rennet. It has a creamy texture and a thin wrinkled rind with vegetal, truffley, garlicky flavours. The overall flavour effect is long lasting, mouth-filling and harmonious. Tunworth is an award-winning cheese having been a Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards. Made in Baskingstoke, Hampshire. "The best Camembert in the World" - Raymond Blanc. Furleigh Estate Baccus Fume White Wine - A brilliantly food-friendly, aromatic dry white wine with hints of tropical fruit. 90% Bacchus and 10% Chardonnay. Star-bright medium lemon with good legs. Ripe stone fruits of peach and nectarine mingle with passion-flower and lime-blossom alongside kiwifruit and exotic mandarin. Tropical fruits explode on the palate including pineapple, mango and guava with a touch of lime zest and gooseberry fool. Very subtle oak integration gives a hint of vanilla and coconut on the finish. It has a slightly richer, creamy mouthfeel and well-balanced acidity with lingering flavours that pack quite a fruity punch. Perfect with Camembert!
